Merry Mac Farm, LLC is an equine boarding facility in Elk River, Minnesota.
Scope
These terms govern the Merry Mac Farm website, online accounts, and electronic communications. Boarding services are separately governed by the signed Equine Boarding Agreement. These website terms do not modify or supersede a signed agreement.
Boarding Arrangements and Fees
The 2026 Equine Boarding Agreement lists Stall Board at $490/month, Paddock Board at $375/month, Older Paddock Board at $395/month, and Pasture Board at $365/month. Board is due on the first day of each month; payments after the fourth are subject to a $25 late fee, plus $25 per additional week overdue. Returned checks incur a $35 fee. Where the signed agreement requires it, a refundable $150 deposit applies. Your executed boarding agreement controls applicable rates, deposits, fees, and notice requirements.
Horse Care and Records
Boarders must provide current Coggins, vaccinations, worming, and veterinary records and maintain accurate horse, veterinarian, farrier, and emergency contact information. Care and emergency treatment responsibilities are described in the signed boarding agreement.
Facility Rules
The 2026 agreement lists normal barn hours as 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM daily, subject to posted changes. Boarders and guests must follow posted rules, use appropriate horse handling practices, respect other horses and owners, maintain cleanliness, and complete required guest liability waivers. Lessons require written approval.
Customer Accounts
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts for misuse.

Customers may separately and voluntarily opt in to recurring Merry Mac Farm text messages about boarding, horse care, weather, emergencies, arena availability, facility maintenance, scheduling, and account reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or call (763) 294-8659. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Notices
We may send account invitations, confirmations, and service-related notices by email. Notice requirements under the signed boarding agreement remain governed by that agreement.
Emergencies and Liability
Emergency veterinary care, liability, releases, and indemnification are governed by the signed boarding agreement and any separate executed waiver. Electronic alerts are not guaranteed to arrive immediately.
Website Availability
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update website terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes to signed boarding agreements require the written process specified in those agreements. These website terms are governed by Minnesota law, subject to applicable law.
